The ABSolute Crusher program is designed to target and strengthen the abdominal muscles. It includes a series of exercises focused on the rectus abdominis, obliques, and transverse abdominis. It includes common exercises like crunches, leg raises, planks, and Russian twists. This program is designed to be perform 3 times per week and takes less than 30 minutes to complete.
