Learning how to love your body again after a major downtime or a pregnancy is so hard and scary. It feels like it is never going to get better or change and the truth is, it's not. You are the only one that can make a change. I took it upon myself to make changes on my own. I had enough knowledge at the time to understand the process of the body and how I could turn the weight I gained into gains and strength. At first, it was soooooo incredibly hard. I wanted to quit week 2. But I kept at it. I did the same movements. The same lifts. The same weights, over and over again for 6 weeks before I really started to see the progress. But once I did, IT WAS ON. And we haven't stopped since. This program I built changed my "mom" life. I learned as a mom you don't have to look like a mom. You can be strong and beautiful and lift heavy for absolutely no reason but YOURSELF. For me, my son is also my motivation. To show him how to live a healthy life is so important to me. I still to this day go back to the basics when things start feeling hard or heavy or just to much. The world can be loud and it is easy to get burnt out, but when you want it bad enough, you know where to turn. A pair of headphones, and a quiet gym heals me.

This isn't about chasing perfection; it's about rediscovering your strength, your beauty, your power. Rebuilt by Melana is for the woman who's been through fire and came out ready to rise.
