        I have 24 years experience, working as a certified personal trainer, accountability coach, and group fitness instructor. I have owned fitness facilities as well as worked in multiple reputable gyms. I currently run my own business Meghan Tieff Training. I have also been a fitness model for 18 years, modeling for companies like Under Armour and Lululemon, and have been featured in magazines like Cosmopolitan, In Style, Shape, Muscle & Fitness HERS and Oxygen. I have my own line of fitness videos that are currently being sold on Amazon. **Health and fitness and motivating and inspiring others is my ultimate life’s passion.         Do I need to purchase equipment?
        It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
