    If your posture feels off even though you're working out and trying it's not about doing more. It's about how your body organizes and supports itself. I used to push harder, tighten everything and force strength, but it never felt 'right.' When I shifted to building strength through support instead of strain, everything changed.     Each workout is designed to fit into your workday, taking 5-10 minutes.

    You only need a resistance band or none at all! Players choice.
    Can I do this at my desk?
    Yes! All exercises are desk and office friendly. All of them are executed seated right at your desk.
    What if I miss a day?
    No problem-just pick up where you left off. Consistency matters more than perfection.
