Hi! My name is Megan and I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years! I also hold a Bachelor of science degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Florida. What I have learned is that the "non-scale" victories, the victories that help us to move better, sleep better, and feel stronger are the ones that keep us moving forward. I love empowering busy women to find themselves again.
On my page, you will find workouts that can be done anywhere, with little to no equipment. I will offer everything from beginner to more advanced. In addition, I will have EASY recipes and challenges to hold us accountable.
