Welcome to the 14 Day Summer Core Challenge! Get stronger, tighter, and more confident this summer ☀️ This 14-day core challenge is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and fire up your abs with quick, effective workouts you can do anywhere. Each day has 5 exercises and should take about 10 minutes to complete. The Challenge starts on Monday, June 1st. One workout will be uploaded per day. Equipment: You just need a set of dumbbells. Preferably anywhere between 8-20 lbs.
