Awesome ride. Perfect combo of serenity and insanity, calm and the storm. Megan somehow knows how to push you over and off your wall, and then put you back together again. Loved it.

Ride 2 of 2: I don’t know how I missed this one BUT I decided to add it to my ride this morning. After hitting the other video twice, I threw this one in to “wind down” but boy was I wrong! Lol! This brought so much sweat & energy. Loved it!!!
