- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs off the floor for a challenge 🔥
- Rotate the med ball from side to side

IMPORTANT: Keep abs engaged and make small but explosive twists with the rotations.

Med ball russian twist QUICK

- One leg bent to 90, Other leg fully extended 
- Extended leg can be on the floor or elevated for a challenge 
- Rotate the upper body towards the BENT leg and then back towards the floor 
- Rotations should be small and quick with exhales each time

Single leg Russian twist

- Lean back into your V-Sit position 
- Feet elevated or rested on the ground 
- Start on one side and exhale towards the middle as you press the ball up and over to the other side 
- There should be some momentum of the ball on its descend which you’ll need to contract the core to stop the speed
