Description: Kettle Bell Circuit

- Bend at the waist and knees bringing the kettlebell between your legs
- Drive with your hips engaging your glutes
- Swinging the kettlebell up to shoulder height
- Alternating hands at the top
- Reversing the swing back to the start

Alternating single arm kettlebell swing

- Start with kettlebell on the ground in front of you
- With chest lifted and core engaged bend at the waist
- Lift Kettlebell off the ground allowing it to swing between your legs
- Drive your hips forward propelling the kettlebell forward and up
- Stopping just in front of the shoulders 
- Allow kettlebell to swing down and back between the legs
- Moving immediately into the next rep

KB swings

- Hinge at the hips and grab kettlebell, pushing your butt back
- Swing kettlebell back between legs
- Drive hips forward and let kettlebell rotate outside your wrist finishing in the front rack position
- Reverse the motion 
- Work both sides

KB clean (single)

Kettlebell suitcase carry

- Begin with kettlebell in hand and feet hip width apart
- Lower kettlebell down while straightening your leg behind you

Kettlebell deadlift to jump

- Stand in a stable position
- With a kettlebell swing it around your body in a circular motion passing it from hand to hand and front to back 
- Repeat for desired reps
