- Start off with a hard low dribble and maintain

Pound dribble low (Right)

- Start off with a hard dribble low and maintain

- High pound dribble for 3-5 reps then low pound dribble for 3-5 reps
- Repeat

Hi Lo pound dribble (Right)

Hi Lo pound dribble (Left)

- In place, crossover from right to left and vice versa

Stationary Crossover
