Can I use your app while pregnant?
Absolutely! This is FOR you! while I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, my main specialty is Prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise! I have a prenatal section on here for all the Mama's to be!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
there is no need to purchase equipment. However things like weights, bands, exercise/ pilates ball, etc are very helpful to make your workouts more effect! If you do not have access to equipment you can simply find things around your house to replace gym equipment! Things such as; soup cans, waterbottles, towels, carseat, etc..
I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
Yes!! all are welcome and all can get great results from the programs on here! I have a where to start video that will help you pick what section is right for you to start!
