Mama, personal trainer | prenatal+postpartum

I am so honored you chose to stop by and check out my page! Before you dive into my workouts, nutrition and all the things, I'd love to share with you how I got here. I have always been a fairly active person, I was a nationally ranked irish dancer growing up, I would dance on average 20-30 hours a week, after years of this and countless injuries I lost my love for the sport and for competing. After quitting I went through a traumatic experience that left me quite depressed and brought on some health issues that forced me to do a major diet change and get active again. I have tried MANY different forms of training, anything from cross country to crossfit and everything in between! I regained my love for movement and decided that I wanted to be the one doing the training now! So I became certified as a personal trainer! A few years ago I got married and two months after... surprise!! I was pregnant! I wanted to continue in my fitness but I didnt know what was safe or unsafe, helpful, or doctors were no help in this area and so I set out to learn everything I could about prenatal and postpartum exercise! I am now a CPT in prenatal/postpartum corrective exercise (and always still learning) and my hope and goal is to bridge the gap and be a resource and answering place for all the other women out there not getting real answers from the people in front of them!
My goals, hopes and prayers for you all, is that you would ENJOY working out! That You would become confident and comfortable moving your body! That you would let go of what everyone else thinks or is doing and do YOU for you and for your family! Taking care of yourself and being strong and functional to keep up with your littles, bigs, dogs, friends, nieces, nephews, whoever it is! Moving comfortable, without pain and confident in who God made YOU to be!
Training Requirements
My workouts can be done at home or in the gym, minimal equipment: bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, soup cans, water bottles etc..
Certified CPT with specializations in nutrition, strength and conditioning CPT Pre & postnatal corrective exercise, diastasis core correction, pelvic floor health Mentored under several 20+ year trainers and nutritionists As well as extensive study and research in the holistic health and fitness world

Can I use your app while pregnant?
Absolutely! This is FOR you! while I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, my main specialty is Prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise! I have a prenatal section on here for all the Mama's to be!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
there is no need to purchase equipment. However things like weights, bands, exercise/ pilates ball, etc are very helpful to make your workouts more effect! If you do not have access to equipment you can simply find things around your house to replace gym equipment! Things such as; soup cans, waterbottles, towels, carseat, etc..
I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
Yes!! all are welcome and all can get great results from the programs on here! I have a where to start video that will help you pick what section is right for you to start!
