-Bulgarian Split Squats
-Burpee with knee to elbow
-High knees
-Burpee with knee to elbow
-Squat jumps to lunge jumps
-Burpee with knee to elbow
-Cool down
** if you cannot run outside, please run or jog in place from home, do jumping Jacks, burpees, etc. Keep moving and heart rate up!
