To create fundamental strength, so that when graduating to certain workouts you have proper form and continue to maximize the workouts potential.

It’s for all skill levels - from beginners to advanced.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Ideally a set of workout bands, a positive attitude and consistency!
How to schedule the program into a week?
Monday - Saturday workouts, with Sundays being active rest days!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Consistency is key to this pro - with both the workouts and your diet. I also suggest incorporating push-ups, sit-ups and squats daily and active rest days on your weekly day off.
