AMRAP- As many rounds as possible in 50 secs of each exercise. You only have a 10 second break between changing exercises to be ready! Rest 2 mins at the end of the circuit before repeating for a total of 4 times through!

If you try to count your reps and then match or beat it each time it forces you to push. Solid cardio
