Test your base level.
Complete the maximum amount of reps you can do for each exercise within 1 min. Rest 1 min between sets and then complete again for another max rep in 1 minute. You will complete 2 max efforts for each exercise .
You have a 1 min rest before moving onto the next exercise in the test.
NOTE- for plank and wall sit it’s maximum time you can hold it without breaking , rest 1 min and repeat .
