Didn’t understand the setup, was it amrap or superset? If superset for 5 laps and 4 circuits it takes a looooot longer than 35 min.

It was ace! Only had 30 min though so ended up doing every circuit x1 . I don’t even know if all of them x5 is possible!

That was hard work how it should be. Used lots of different muscles and burnt a lot of calories. 💪🏼 can’t wait for the next one.. thank you 🙏🏼
