Yoga + Meditation Instructor

I’m a yoga teacher, mentor and the co-founder of Rock Your Bliss. I’m a little boy mama and an English bulldog mama too. I’m a lover of all things soulful as well as road trips, 90s hip hop, oat milk lattes and a quiet Sunday morning. My first yoga experience was in a carpeted rowhouse in Washington DC in the early 2000’s. The teacher put on a Bob Marley, we did a little movement and breathed deeply, and I felt a coming home to myself - physically, mentally and emotionally - that I had never experienced. I drew to the practice like a moth to a flame, attending retreats, workshops and enrolling in a teacher training, and have never looked back. It’s been twelve years of teaching and the beginning of a lifetime of practice. I’ve developed my own style over the years, something I refer to as embodied by MB. My style - slow, steady and soulful. My vibe - carefully chosen language and music to take you deep. My mission - for you to connect with your body, breath and the present moment in a way that is deeply nourishing. Yoga, meditation, breathwork and reiki are the practices that bring me home to myself and there’s nothing I love to share more than that.
