Strong and Snatched!

I’ve always loved to move whether it's dance, soccer, snowboarding, hiking or paddle boarding! Since 2016 I’ve found my niche in Muay Thai, strength training and pilates-style exercises. With a handful of years working in different industries I come to the table knowing how a body can feel at the end of a long day. Many of my years were spent frustrated and unhappy with my health — never feeling strong or that I could actually lose weight or be good at certain activities. When my mindset changed I was able to change the lens I had been looking through. I evaluated how I felt rather than looked. I took the necessary hard look at my diet. which made all the difference in my success, and I know it will for you too! I believe that with a strong community of equally enthusiastic people workouts become less of an item on our checklist, and more of something we look forward to doing!
