Anyone Can Do It!
Welcome to the 2-Week Core & Cardio Accountability Challenge! This challenge is designed to help you build self-accountability and establish a consistent routine for your fitness journey.
The Goal: Hold yourself accountable and don't miss a single day of training!
Duration: 2 weeks
Training Frequency: 3 times a week (on days that best fit your schedule)
What to Expect:
Workouts: Focus on cardio and core exercises. Each session will include progression, either by increasing your miles or reps in your core routines.
Modifications: If some exercises are too difficult, modifications are available to suit your fitness level. Do your best and adjust as needed.
Key Rule:
If you miss one day, restart the entire program. This rule is to reinforce accountability and commitment.
Completion:
Once you've completed the challenge, feel free to challenge yourself to beat your previous times and reps. You're always welcome to push your limits and continue improving!
