My journey in the health and wellness industry began when I was diagnosed with Scoliosis at the young age of 10-years-old. It was very early on that I learned that Scoliosis is not just a condition, it’s a lifestyle. Through my college years I started learning more and more about nutrition, yoga, and pilates through my therapy. Staying moving and keeping my body limber while receiving chiropractic care was the only way I’ve been able to stay pain-free. In today’s culture, with people spending a large portion of each day hunched over a computer or phone, this type of exercise is more essential than ever. I don’t believe you need to spend an hour a day killing yourself in the gym to obtain the body you want — I’m living proof of that! Since I started creating my own workouts, I’ve been working out 20-30min per day, 4 days a week. This is coming from a person who used to believe she had to spend 2 hours working out every day, seven days a week — and, let me tell you, since I left that mindset I’m happier, leaner, and have no back pain! The key to a healthy life is movement, loving and accepting your body, and enjoying life. That’s what I hope to teach you with the OG Method! Xx, Marlaina
