Welcome to your Summer-Strong 6-week challenge!! 🎉 A couple things to keep in mind: -This is a progressive overload program. You will see a lot of the same exercises throughout the program as well as different variations of those workouts. -There will be a 1st and second place winner. To win prizes at the end you will need to take a “before” picture within the first week of the challenge holding a paper that says “Summer-Strong with MamaKay” and the start date. Then at the end of the challenge you’ll need an “after” picture with the same label! 🏆 Only I will see these pictures and you can wear whatever your comfortable in (swimsuit, workout set) *emails these photos at the end of the challenge to [email protected] -Commit and be consistent!! Take these next 6 weeks to dedicate yourself! No more “tomorrow”! Working out and eating right will just become apart of your lifestyle ❤️ - Make sure you’re drinking enough water, eating enough protein and cutting back on processed food. -And lastly, have FUN! You won’t be successful doing something you don’t enjoy! Have a good mindset and remember progress takes TIME! Now, go crush your goals!!!

Awesome upper body & feeling good on day 2. Had to leave gym early but was able to finish at home and the kids joined in.
