We train progressive overload here, ALWAYS! A little bit about progressive overload:
What is it?
It is a training method that continuously and gradually challenges the body to promote further adaptations.
How does it work?
This gradual progression forces the body to continually adapt and grow stronger. By consistently challenging the body in this way, individuals can continue to make gains in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Why it’s good?
Progressive overload is essential in any effective training program. It ensures that the body is constantly being pushed to improve and grow. Without progressive overload, the body can plateau and adaptations may cease, leading to a lack of progress in fitness goals.
These are the workouts that I do each week (part 1). I’ll be switching the workouts up every 4-6 weeks
Remember, progress takes TIME! The goals you want to reach could take months, maybe years. But that’s OKAY! If you’re willing to commit fully, you’ll be able to reach those goals! Your progress will become your motivation overtime 🫶🏻
