Welcome to “Home Progression”! This is a 6-week progressive overload program. Progressive overload is training the same workout plan each each week for a period of time. Progressive overload works by gradually increasing the intensity, duration, or frequency of an exercise or workout over time. This gradual increase in stress on the muscles forces them to adapt and become stronger in order to meet the increased demands. This process of gradually increasing the workload helps to prevent plateaus and allows for continuous improvement in strength, muscle growth, and endurance. By consistently challenging the muscles in this way, they are able to continually adapt and grow stronger over time. The workout split includes 2 upper body days, 2 lower body days and an optional full body day. Get ready to challenging your muscles in a way they’ve never been challenged before! EQUIPMENT: For this program you will need sets of dumbbells and booty bands Don’t forget to warm up and stretch before each workout! I love to walk incline for 5-10 minutes to warm up and stretch those specific muscles.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
