Congratulations to continuing towards a stronger, fitter you! I can’t wait for you to crush your goals! This program is designed to challenge you! All “Current split” programs will always be progressive overload. You will see the most defined results tracking your progress. In this program we will be working on “at or close-to failure” reps. TIP: Complete this program in its entirely. Don’t cut corner. Trust the process and commit yourself fully. Inside AND outside the gym. DON’T skip the LISS! By incorporating cardio into your routine you’ll not only see better results but also feel better! Remember that progress takes times so don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results right away. Stick with it and don’t forget to celebrate celebrate small victories 🎉
