Welcome to my End-of-the Summer “COMMIT” CHALLENGE! We’re here to FULLY commit! The next 5 weeks focus on these 4 W’s: 1. Workout -Get your workout in (30 minutes at least) 2. Walk- Daily steps of 10k or more 3. Water- 90-100 ounces of water 4. Watch what you eat- Cut out as much processed/fast food/ fried food as possible. Make better food choices. The workout split consists of 5 days of: 2 glute focused days, 1 quad focused day, 1 full upper body day and 1 upper body + core HIIT day. I’ve created a chats to help you keep track of your workout days. This challenge winner will be chosen based on commitment! Showing up and committing to a healthier lifestyle inside AND outside the gym! If you’ve hit your 4 W’s every workout day put a “W” for win on the box for that day (or whatever emoji you want). You’ll turn these in to me at the end of the challenge! The winner will also be decided based on how much you are involved on the app (finishing the workout, leaving a workout review, sharing/posting on social media, tagging me in your workout, ect.)

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
