Welcome! I’m sooo excited about this program! This is not ONLY for post-partum moms. Anyone who is dealing with diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues should do these workouts before continuing to more advanced core exercises. These are workouts that I did after each baby and I still do these workouts from time to time. You are going to perform on one workout 3 times a week. There isn’t a whole lot of moving around with these exercises, more of lying on your back. REALLY focus on control and engaging your core and pelvic floor. We will repeat a lot of the same exercises and I wrote it like that on purpose. Stay positive and keep with it! It does take TIME! After each baby I did these workouts over and over and over until I felt like my core was strong enough and my separation had improved enough to proceed to more intense core exercises. (Some times 6 months, sometimes a year.) So, stay positive and repeat this program as many times as you need!
