About the program

This 5-day dumbbell-only training program follows an upper/lower body split, finishing the week with a focused core and conditioning session.     Hi, I'm Marise .I’m a mom & wife over 40, just like many of you. My journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve recovered from an L5 spinal fusion , ankle surgery , and an emergency C-section . These experiences shaped the way I train and live, and they’re why functional movement, strength, and core stability have been my priorities for the past 17 years.
