Hi Beautiful! My name is Mariana Morais, but you may know me online as “MaareBeaar” or “Beaar_Body”. I am a fitness enthusiast who has been training and obsessed with the gym for over 10 years. After a torn ACL injury playing soccer, I competed in less-contact sports such as Track and Field & Weightlifting. lt was during this time in high school that I discovered that I could shape my body to be the way I wanted it to- staying lean at the track and gaining muscle at the gym. This sent me on a mission to build and shape the body that I wanted instead of relying on genetics. Meanwhile training, the gym became a form of therapy that helped me build a strong mind alongside with a strong body. I want to use all I’ve learned to help you reach your goals and build the body of your dreams. 🤍

We want to look good and feel good from the inside out ☺️💪🏽☀️ BEAAR BODY was created with a simple message in mind- To feel great in your ‘Bare’ Body. To feel comfortable in your own skin. Training Requirements

I have both at-home & gym-based workouts to fit your needs. Gym based workouts utilize equipment, while home based workouts can be done with little to no equipment. Join along for a full workout session, or do a 20min quick class. Booty Bands are strongly encouraged! 🍑
