Shadow work, in a shamanic sense, addresses all that we don't know or can't see about ourselves. This goes deeper than known trauma. It's elements of ourselves that dictate subconscious behaviors, thoughts, and actions like we are operating on autopilot. Some of those behaviors are undesirable to us, some are positive traits lying dormant. Shadow work brings awareness to the negative traits so that we may heal them, and encourages the blossoming of positive ones. This energy healing includes a short practice to help you to see what may be lying under the surface. 

I use a combination of techniques from shamanic practice, hatha yoga, and reiki. My aim is to hold space for you on your healing path. I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist. These are ancient holistic approaches to healing where the overall mindset is to heal the emotional and energetic cause of an imbalance in order to relieve the symptom.  

All you need to do is find a comfortable position and receive the healing intentions of this practice.
