What are the goals of the program? To help tone up and strengthen your glutes whilst maintaining a slim waist.
How to get the best outcome of the program? To follow the program each week. Each week requires only 3 days which is very doable! This is quick start your fitness journey to a more consistent weekly schedule!
How to schedule the program into a week? You can do the exercises to fit your schedule! Each routine is about 40 minutes and only 3 days per week so that you can adjust your rest days in between and your workout days to best fit your schedule. It is also designed for those who want to workout 4-5 times per week! I have upper body exercises you can choose from to do in between days.
What do I need to participate in this program? Just your beautiful body and resistance bands! These can be done bodyweight but best results will come from adding resistance. For more advanced, you can add weight if you’d like but this program was designed for resistance training.
