That was very effective. Can't do 60 sec so I started with 30 sec and going to build up. Thank you very much for this class. It feels great to grow ๐ช

I felt a lot of things but no matter how hard I was focusing on my breathing and squeezing and relaxing, I donโt feel anything with my pelvic floor and core. What am I doing wrong? But Iโm sweaty and tired ๐
