Welcome to day 14! Today we practice all we’ve been learning in the yoga sequence.

W2/D7 Day 14 : practice flow

I really fell away from my yoga practice. The past three years have been excruciating in my personal life, I realized my body has been in survival mode and I’ve been pushing it so hard to just make it to the next day. Something about the sphinx pose really took me back into my body. I felt like I could hear it speaking to my soul. It missed me. I had a huge emotional release. I’m ready to reconnect with and love my body.

W1/D1 Defining yoga & practice

“Victorious breath” 🤍 this helped keep my mind positive when I struggled in a pose. Each breath in the pose is a victory. You are such a grounding presence, and a great source of information! Thank you for educating, it’s inspiring me to be consistent in watching lectures as well!
