I really fell away from my yoga practice. The past three years have been excruciating in my personal life, I realized my body has been in survival mode and I’ve been pushing it so hard to just make it to the next day. Something about the sphinx pose really took me back into my body. I felt like I could hear it speaking to my soul. It missed me. I had a huge emotional release. I’m ready to reconnect with and love my body.
