This is a gentle pace class with the essentials for everyday hip mobility & flexibility. It’s great for beginners, or advanced yogis that want a slower gentle short class. As well as in all trimester of pregnancy!

I love this soft class very much and practice it often in the morning💜 I only wish we would stay for some breaths in each pose. Would you be willing to create something similar but a bit longer for pregnant women? 🙏🌸
