Hi María, thanks for this one. My 3rd time doing it and I always learn, enjoy it and progress more in my postures 🤯💙. Wanted to ask which of the routines you'd recommend to losen the lower back/ hips. There's an area lol, I almost feel attached to my legs and simply won't losen up. I've tried the lower back pain exercises, including the cat/cow variations (loved them btw) which definitely help, but, still have this problem. Too much tension is, let's say part of my daily life :3, and I'd love to improve on this Any recommendation is much much appreciated. You're wonderful, thanks for everything you do.

This is my second week with this challenge, I'm still missing day 7, but couldn't wait to celebrate 🎉 lol. I've seen a huge difference in my balance, strength, energy. I 😍 this!!! 💪🏼
