Can I ask you a question? I did your splits class on Friday and afterwards I could really feel my hips a lot. It got a little bit better but I still feel my hips today and even when I do trikonasana I feel them and it feels uncomfortable. Do you think I injured my hips? Should I keep practicing or take a few days off?
