Hypertrophy/Strength Program 2 The next phase is our Basic Strength phase. The goal here is to increase specific strength and lays the foundation for future power / higher intensity work. The reps and sets for this phase are generally in 3-5 sets of 5 reps You should benefit from this increased strength when you move onto my hypertrophy programs after that. Stronger muscles can lift greater loads therefore more potential for growth. PLEASE warm up before each session to help the joints and mobility up. Perform some lower body and upper body stretching exercises specifically for the body part you are working on on that day. Each week you should slowly inceease your weight on the bar by min 5kg each week and as the weeks go by. LETS DO THIS💪 LETS GO ❤️
