Hypertrophy/Strength Program I have designed is a mixture of the hard heavy big compound lifting movements of a variation of powerlifting and bodybuilding. This is focusing on getting your big lift stronger so that when you do hit and focus on specific body part training you will maximise your strength in the bodybuilding phase of your training. These workouts should get you at increase muscle growth and overall strength. It can be very tough mentally as well as physically. I am here to help you guide you through those tuff lifts. PLEASE warm up before each session to help the joints and mobility up. Perform some lower body and upper body stretching exercises specifically for the body part you are working on on that day. Each week you should slowly increase your weight on the bar by min 5kg each week and as the weeks go by. LETS DO THIS💪 LETS GO ❤️
