What do I need to participate in this program?
You’ll need some gym equipment, ranging from a dumbbell, barbell, weights, box, pull-ups bar, kettlebell, and medicine ball.
What are the goals of the program?
To help you improve aerobic and anaerobic strength all while developing more power, strength, and range of motion.

Beginner to advanced, I provide scaling options for each workout.
How to schedule the program into a week?
I’ll share 5 workouts during the week, I would encourage a 3 days on - 1 day off - 2 days on, 1 day off flow. If that doesn’t work with your schedule, you can select what days are best for you.
