To get your body conditioned to do the Murph Workout
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Follow the program so your body can slowly adapt to the volume of running, pull-ups, pushups, and squats. You can change the days through the week if need be.
How to schedule the program into a week?
There are 4 workouts a week for 6 weeks leading up to Murph which is on Memorial Day, May 30th 2022. Find which days are best for you. I have it programmed so it’s every other day for the days with pull-ups, push-ups, and squats.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You’ll need a pull-up bar to complete the pull-ups and an area or course to run. If you don’t have an outdoor area to run you can run on a treadmill if you have that option.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are designed for those who want to prepare for the Murph workout. If you are planning to modify or scale how you do Murph, you can scale the reps or movements to what you would be doing when you complete the workout.
