You can do a session a day or double up and do two sessions a day depending on the time you have.

All skill levels can take part in these mobility sessions!
What do I need to participate in this program?
Some sessions do not require or use any equipment, some will use a band for some of the stretches, and some will incorporate a foam roller.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Be consistent each day and try to get a session each day to improve your flexibility and mobility. If you are just starting to incorporate some stretching, be patient with your body and know that in time you will improve and get better!
