Here’s a great press man technique and footwork training session! 

💥Remember to maintain form and technique throughout the entire exercise.

While complete these drills remember these key points⬇️

1. Maintain a low pad level every rep.

2. Slow it down! It’s all about technique so be sure not to rush any reps.

3. If you mess up, start over. Don’t move on until you get it right!

This drill will help improve your press man skills & technique.

Complete this drill two times each set. 
Total reps=4

1. When naming make sure your arm is locked out, no bend in the elbow.

2. Key your eyes low, imagine a receiver in front of you. Stare at his hips.

3. Make sure your weight is on the inside of your feet & not your heels.

4. If you don’t have a band then simply complete the drill without it.

Agility ladder kick steps

Complete this drill twice each direction. Be sure to take your time and focus on technique. 

Keep your eyes low and jam locked out.

Lateral Banded Steps & Jams

Complete this drill 5reps each directions making a total of 10reps.

Key points.

1. Keep your hips squared & eyes low.

2. No false steps on the kicks.

3. Don’t anticipate instead just listen and react.

4. When catching the ball make sure the arm that you catch it with is locked out. 

5. Shuffle should be fast but under control as well.
