Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Anyone and everyone looking to get faster and in shape
How to schedule the program into a week? For best results I recommend you choose 1-2 speed drills to complete once a week. Once you master those drills then move on to more speed exercises. It’s important to not rush your training and to really focus on your form and technique.

What do I need to participate in this program? For some drills I do use cones & agility hurdles. If you don’t have them use whatever you have available such as. Cones, shirts, water bottle, etc. get creative and let’s put in the work!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Be consistent and disciplined with your training, always be aware of your technique and form, and never rush exercises. Take your time and build each and everyday.
