How to schedule the program into a week?
Sessions are based as Days 1-5. It’s critical you complete each session in the correct order so that Days 1-5 are finished within a week. I understand schedules can be busy so do your best to stay on track. For example, if you completed Day 1 on a Monday, but can’t workout again until Wednesday, then Wednesday session should be Day 2. In most training videos, I’m performing exercises by myself but feel free to train with a partner. Training with a partner can make the atmosphere more competitive along with holding each other accountable for each and every drill. Grind and get better together. ​Some exercises and drills include equipment. In the case you don’t have tools readily available, substitute them whenever possible. For example, if you don’t have hurdles, you can use cones instead.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Ideal Learning Location: Turf or Grass Field Tools: - Agility Ladders - Disc Cones - Mini-Hurdles - Resistance Band - Foam Roller *if you don’t have these items you will be able to still complete most of the workouts & drills. Just use what you can.
What are the goals of the program?
This program is all about learning the pro training lifestyle which isn’t something that can be learned in a day, week, or even a month. The program is challenging, but it’s a learning process that myself included had to go through to get to where I am today. With this being my exact blueprint I used to reach the highest level of competition I now want you to have this information, so that you can also achieve your dreams and reach your goals. With unlimited access, you have exclusive access to the program so you can dominate not only for the next 4 weeks, but for the rest of your life. Push yourself through each and every course and rise above your competitors.
