How to schedule the program into a week? -You must complete three workouts a week.
Example:
Day 1=Monday , Day 2=Wednesday, Day 3=Friday
Rest days= Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
-I highly recommended taking an off day in between each training day to allow your body to recover.
