I’m a beginner , so doing the push press reps with 20 pounders wasn’t the best choice . But I adjusted for that in the next set, and I really enjoyed this workout !! Will def do again

Looking forward to improving on this one. Cycling eliminated my upper body so had to cut almost all reps in half but looking forward to getting stronger and finishing as prescribed.
