Great workout. Sweating and out of breath! Not sure if I did it right. Took about 40 minutes. Only rested after the 5 sets. a little confusing, it says 1 rep when you open with all of the workouts shown but then when in workout it says “20 rounds” I didn’t know if it was per side or what, I did what I thought, got a good workout in so not complaining just wish it was more clear on how many per side.
