    How is this 1:1 , if the App is Community focused?
    The 1:1 - represents you having direct messaging access to me 14 hrs per day (8am-9pm EST, Mon-Sat). I do not provide fully personalized nutrition plans however for $14.99 per month this level of access is a steal! The Community - represents connecting with a community also being coached by me, like a Facebook feed, members can post thoughts, videos, questions, celebrations to the central feed or attach comments to a specifc workout/plan on the App.
    What makes this App different? How will it work for me?
    If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about ours. But we’re here to tell you, we guarantee you’ll get the results you want with the 1:1 Community App. We don’t give you one-off programs of PDF documents with no assistance. Coach Malcolm will add new programs (with interactive, explanatory videos) on a weekly basis. Our content is new, fresh, and ever-changing to keep you motivated and ready to work! Plus, if you need help, Malcolm is always here for you. You can message him directly if you have any questions, feedback, or simply want to share your success.
    I'm a beginner, is the 1:1 Community App for me?
    No matter where you are in your fitness journey the 1:1 Community App, can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, Coach Malcolm will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    Our workouts have minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat). None require weight-lifting machines. If you want like a weight lifting machine alternative than message Coach Malcolm directly for advice. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
