If you’re looking to burn down the old you and on a deadline for summer this program is for you! If you’re struggling to see those results it’s time to change up your training methods. Strength training with super sets and cluster sets. Stick with this program for 8 weeks so it gives you the chance to see the best results. Consistency is key with finding your results. The nutritional aspect is a major key as well to seeing the results you want. The primary goal is to get you leaner and following the guidelines and sticking to the program you will get that. This program is fairly advanced so if need be adjust the volume and intensity if you feel like you’re struggling. The sets don’t include warm up sets. Perform as many as you need but don’t fatigue yourself before your working sets. Make sure to rest 60-90 second in between each set.

The kid with the piece of metal in his lung. From the age of 3 till I was 15 years old I had a piece of metal inside of me. Being in sports I always had a shortness of breath but I never knew what was really wrong. Was told I had walking pneumonia, bronchitis, and possibly asthma. When I was 15 I was practicing on dunking the ball and slipped off the rim. I landed on the side the metal was on and dislodged it. I had gotten surgery and the first thing I did when I got outside was take a big deep breath. Went to get a check up and my doctor told me if I wasn’t as fit and in shape as I was that piece of metal could have killed me at any time. So with all that being said that’s why I love doing what I do because it saves lives. Not only physically but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I’m thankful for my abilities and being alive, now I live to help others. If you’re looking to improve your wellness mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically I would love to help you on your journey. What do I need to participate?
You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment A positive attitude and dedication to the program
How will I get the best results?
Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
What’s the schedule?
This is a 4 day split. Workout days can vary depending on your schedule. Ex. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Or Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
