I am a retired Division One Athlete turned fitness instructor. My passion for movement came at a very young age as the youngest of a plethora of children - we have always been an active family, so I just fell right into it. I played soccer all my life - ran track and played basketball as well before soccer took over. Following college in 2020 I still loved the idea of movement but wasn't sure what to do or how to do it. I always had a trainer, a coach, and nutrition help and now I had none of that.
I never gained the "freshman 15" but I gained the "post college 40". I was unhappy so much physically that it started to weigh on me mentally. So I just started trying out all the things. Spin classes, yoga classes, water aerobics, HIIT classes, Pilates, you name it - but nothing would stick. In addition to that I tried any and every diet, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, you name it - I tried it. When Covid hit I decided I wanted to do what worked best for me. I love movement, I love eating, and I love living a balanced life.
Since starting in 2020 I've become a marathoner, completed a plethora of half marathons, lifted more than I could imagine, and become the best version of myself to date. I am all about living a balanced, healthy, happy life. I am a firm believer in "you don't have to you get to". One of my biggest strengths is giving people the support to help them retain their confidence. I want to help people get to their best self through movement, time, consistency, dedication, and all around fun. I always strive to lead by example through showcasing my balanced, fun, healthy - lifestyle. You can find me baking, cooking, traveling - and exploring the outdoors. I'm here to help you feel empowered, energized, and strong through motivation and movement. I'm happy you're here and can't wait to see you shine and cheer you on!
